We kindly request you give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change the time of or cancel an appointment with us by contacting your local office on 0484 272 139 or admin@ipsarty.com

 

If you change or cancel an appointment outside of this 48hour period, or provide no notice, you may incur a percentage of the cost up to 100% of the support/s we had an appointment to provide, consistent with the NDIS pricing guide

 

If we need to change the time of or cancel an appointment with you, someone will contact you to make alternative arrangements
