Cancellation Policy

These 1:1 sessions are part of Craig’s Master’s student placement with Ipsarty. They are offered free of charge (ONLINE ONLY) or charged in studio at $35 to support both your wellbeing and Craig’s learning. By booking, you are contributing to the growth of the AOS program — built by support workers, for support workers. Spaces are limited, and we kindly ask that bookings are made with commitment to attending. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future sessions. These sessions are confidential and held with the same respect and care as all Ipsarty offerings. As Craig is a student therapist, he works under regular professional supervision. Your sessions may be discussed in supervision for learning purposes, with identifying details kept private. These sessions are not a substitute for crisis support. If you are in immediate need, please contact emergency services or your support network. Your Role in Co-Creation Art of Support is in its formative stage. Your participation is essential in shaping what this program becomes. By attending, you are not only receiving support — you are helping to co-create a professional development space for support workers everywhere.
