The Forming Mama

Never formed, forever forming. This weeks workshop is an ode to the ever-unfolding nature of mothering and the experience of holding everything and everyone: learning the art of basket weaving!

As mothers, we contend with a societal narrative and a deeply embedded set of expectations that we feel we must live up to. Keep a house, raise happy, healthy children, be a loving and supportive friend/partner/family member, earn an income etc.. but somewhere in the midst of all this mental load we need to present with our children. 

The question we will be exploring is, where am I feeling resistance to being (instead of doing) and how can I find my own rhythm? What does that look like and feel like?
