Art of Support is a professional space designed for support workers and helping professionals to reflect, regulate, and reconnect through creative process.

This two-hour workshop offers a structured, art-based debrief for those working in care, disability, community, and education roles. Through guided creative inquiry and facilitated discussion, participants will:

• Unpack the emotional residue of support work in a safe, non-clinical setting

• Strengthen reflective practice and emotional boundaries

• Learn evidence-informed, nervous-system-based strategies for sustainability
